Project Overview

Domaine Nakhil is a high-end residential development on the outskirts of Marrakech, within a rapidly evolving urban sector. The project combines a rigorous masterplan with the design of a villa prototype whose architecture seeks to embody a contemporary identity rooted in the local territory. The villa is defined by a restrained and confident language: flat-roofed volumes clad in lime-washed render in the ochre-rose tones of the medina, opened onto the exterior through large glazed bays structured by vertical timber brise-soleils. This device filters Marrakech's intense light and lends the building an elegant rhythmic facade, while the horizontal massing, the mirror-finish pool and the open views towards the Atlas compose a demanding living environment conceived for privacy and the quality of everyday life.
