Project Overview

Architecture and interior fit-out of the Microsoft Italy headquarters in Peschiera Borromeo, an 18,000 square metre workplace developed between 2010 and 2011. The project combined custom and catalogue furniture to deliver a different, more flexible way of working. The most successful and lively place of the building turned out to be the cafeteria, where almost everyone met to share ideas, concepts and human relations, anticipating the open, people-focused workplace culture by nearly a decade.
