Project Overview

Developed in collaboration with Al Omrane, this project focuses on the design of a new residential complex that integrates site characteristics, density requirements and commercial needs. The masterplan combines well-proportioned housing with dedicated commercial areas, creating a mixed, functional and dynamic environment. Green spaces, pedestrian circulation and careful consideration of land occupation coefficients support a balanced and sustainable living environment. The project establishes a coherent urban development that brings together residential comfort, commercial activity and thoughtful integration within its surroundings.
