Project Overview

Villa F.S is a private residential project for the renovation and extension of a single-storey villa in Marrakech. The intervention begins with a simple conviction: some places deserve to be revealed rather than replaced. The existing house is carefully reimagined, preserving its character and memory while giving it a renewed quality of use. The project explores continuity between interior spaces, the garden and new living sequences. Volumes are clarified, openings are reorganised and the extensions are integrated with restraint, bringing light, comfort and fluidity without erasing the villa's soul. The aim is to transform a familiar house into a contemporary, intimate and generous residence where each intervention feels naturally rooted in the place.
